This data is used for system functionality, analytics, uptime monitoring, abuse prevention, user support, and service improvement. SyncSL does not sell personal data.
Data Handling & Storage
SyncSL may process data from dashboards, APIs, in-world scripts, bots, user submissions, public sources, and connected services.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge the normal risks of transmitting and storing data through web-connected services.

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data collected by SyncSL, subject to identity verification and lawful retention needs.
SyncSL does not sell personal information. Privacy requests may be sent to legal@syncsl.com.
Data Rights & Retention
Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their data where technically and legally applicable.
Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing records, system integrity, dispute handling, abuse investigation, or historical analytics.
API Keys & Rate Limits
API access may require authentication keys or account-bound credentials. Users are responsible for securing their keys and may not share, resell, expose, or misuse them.
SyncSL may enforce rate limits, request caps, throttling, temporary lockouts, or permanent API restrictions to protect platform stability.
Bots & Automation
SyncSL may provide bots, scripted tools, webhooks, and automation systems that interact with external platforms, in-world systems, dashboards, or user-defined workflows.
Users are responsible for deploying automation lawfully and respectfully. Spam, harassment, unauthorized monitoring, platform abuse, or disruptive automation is prohibited.
Merchant Analytics
SyncSL may collect, process, and display marketplace trends, public product data, user-submitted sales data, in-store metrics, and aggregated performance indicators.
Analytics are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited available data. Users assume all risk when making business decisions from analytics.
Staff & Estate Data
SyncSL may store staff roles, permissions, shift information, activity logs, estate assignments, parcel mappings, tenant records, object counts, and related operational data.
Account owners are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit, manage, and process data connected to their staff, tenants, estates, parcels, or organizations.
Terms of Service
By using SyncSL, users agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and without attempting to disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security controls.
SyncSL may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time as the platform evolves.
Account Suspension & Termination
SyncSL may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, harassment, illegal activity, API misuse, automation abuse, or actions that threaten platform integrity.
Severe violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
Billing & Paid Services
Paid services may include subscriptions, premium modules, API access, storage, automation tools, dashboards, or one-time purchases.
Payments are final unless otherwise required by law. SyncSL does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and downtime does not automatically entitle users to refunds, credits, or compensation.
Commercial Use
SyncSL may be used for commercial operations including estates, rentals, stores, staff teams, media networks, analytics systems, and automation workflows.
Commercial use is at the user's own risk. SyncSL is not responsible for lost revenue, business interruption, missed sales, incorrect analytics, tenant disputes, staff disputes, automation errors, or operational losses.

SyncSL shall not be liable for data loss, downtime, billing disputes, business interruption, automation failures, API errors, incorrect analytics, security incidents outside reasonable control, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
